The Role
The Company
A global solutions provider supporting higher education institutions with international student recruitment and enrollment strategies. The organization helps institutions expand their global presence through in-country representation, agent management, admissions support, marketing services, and operational solutions.
With a globally distributed team, the organization works closely with partner institutions across key destinations such as the UAE, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe to support international education growth and student mobility.
- Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with counselors and overseas education consultants.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and spot evaluation sessions.
- Develop, implement, and manage strategies to maximize international student recruitment.
- Demonstrate the ability to speak effectively to small and large groups in both informal and formal settings.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Train and mentor team members and design training programs where required.
- Exercise sound judgment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Proactively generate ideas to develop new business opportunities.
- Maximize student recruitment to achieve regional financial and enrollment targets.
- Bachelors degree required Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Ability to travel and meet with potential partners and clients.
- Proven ability to negotiate and work with senior stakeholders and executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred
- International education
- Higher education partnerships
- Education technology or recruitment services
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of global trends, economic drivers, and policies within the international education sector.
