The Opportunity
We are hiring a high-impact regional sales leader to drive 2030 Cr annual revenue through strong on-ground execution, enterprise deal closures, and institutional partnerships
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Revenue Ownership
- Own and deliver regional revenue targets
- Contribute 2030 Cr annual closures
Ensure strong funnel movement and deal velocity
2. Sales Execution Excellence
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle
- Drive lead conversion and closure efficiency
Maintain strong CRM and forecasting discipline
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build relationships with corporates, institutions, and government bodies
Ensure repeat business and account growth
4. Pipeline Development
- Generate consistent, high-quality pipeline
Ensure alignment with national sales strategy
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with solutioning and delivery teams
- Support proposal development and client engagement
- What Were Looking For
- 8-12 years in B2B enterprise sales
- Strong network in Corporate B2G segments
- Experience in Training, EdTech, or Consulting sales
- Proven track record of mid-to-large deal closures
