NRF is a market leader in the design, production, and distribution of aftermarket products for heating, cooling, sensors, and air conditioning systems in passenger cars, trucks, and industrial applications. With sales offices in Spain, Italy, France, UK, Benelux, and Germany, and three factories in Europe, NRF operates worldwide. The company serves both the passenger car and commercial vehicle segments from its European Distribution Center in Gdansk, Poland, with a wide range of engine cooling, air conditioning parts, and sensors. To further expand its presence in the aftermarket, NRF is growing its organization in Turkey and is looking for a Business Development Manager .


About the job


As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for Turkish region and develop the customer portfolio and strategy. You will be member of the European sales organization and you will provide day-to-day support to Company distributors on both markets.


What are you going to do as a Business Development Manager?


  • Provide daily support to the company’s distributors in Turkey, including handling orders, payment follow-up, deliveries, and addressing inquiries.
  • Closely monitor market activities for both passenger car and commercial vehicle product groups and travel to the countries where our locations are based when necessary.
  • Prepare regular market reports on competitors’ movements and market changes.
  • Contribute to the development of national price lists and closely track market price competition.
  • Assist Sales Managers in achieving sales plans and targets.
  • Organize, coordinate, and conduct seminars, presentations, and training sessions for the company’s customers/distributors.
  • Provide consultancy on appropriate advertising strategies for the company, collaborate with distributors on developing advertising activities, and support advertising and public relations efforts, including coordination with magazines and trade fairs.


What do you bring as a Business Development Manager?


  • Graduate from relevant 4-year undergraduate programs of universities, such as Business Administration, Engineering, or similar departments.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the domestic aftermarket parts replacement market.
  • Valid B-class driver’s license and no travel restrictions (the position requires approximately 80% domestic travel).
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • Minimum B1 level of English proficiency


About the Team


Mandatory Experience: Previous experience in sales or after-sales positions in the automotive parts (aftermarket) market is required.


Team Structure


You will be part of an international sales team reporting to the Regional Sales Director. You will support the Sales Manager in achieving the sales plan and collaborate closely with the Customer Service and Sales departments.
