Job Title: Business Development Manager (Female candidates preferrable)

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Achieve revenue targets and performance KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
- Fluent in English with excellent speaking and listening skills
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in night shifts (aligned with US time zones)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient attitude
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation
- Strong objection-handling techniques
- Time management and organizational skills
