Business development Manager

Hiring: Business Development Manager – Facility Management, Doha

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Facility Management (FM) sector and a proven ability to secure new contracts and expand client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new FM contracts across commercial and retail developments
• Monitor government and private tender platforms for business opportunities
• Manage bid preparation, submissions, and post-tender processes
• Build strong client relationships and drive long-term partnerships
• Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets

Requirements:✔ 5+ years of FM business development experience in Qatar
✔ Proven track record in securing soft/hard or integrated FM contracts
✔ Strong market network and understanding of FM service models
✔ Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
✔ Valid Qatar driving license preferred
