Business Development Manager

Role Description

  • This is a full-time remote role with 30% of travel for a Business Development Manager.
  • The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include generate new business opportunities within the hospitality sector (renovations, PIPs, capital projects) conducting market research, maintaining partnerships, collaborating with internal teams on project opportunities, meeting sales goals, build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, REITs, asset managers, and owner’s reps.
  • Identify upcoming projects and position
  • Secure placement on client preferred bidders lists
  • Manage your pipeline, outreach, and follow-ups with consistency and discipline.
  • The role requires proactive outreach and the ability to represent
  • Meet or exceed defined sales and growth targets

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running on day one—bringing an established network, a defined personal process, and the ability to generate and convert opportunities independently. Qualifications

  • Proven abilities in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Sales
  • A self-driven process for managing leads, relationships, and deal flow
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote environment
  • 5+ years of business development experience in hospitality construction or related field
  • Existing relationships within the hospitality industry (owners, reps, brands)
  • Proven ability to generate and close opportunities—not just respond to RFPs
  • Strong understanding of hotel renovations, PIPs, and brand standards
  • Proficiency in CRM software and business development tool
  • Experience in Sales Strategy, Client Engagement, and Relationship Management Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
  • Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred

Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives (commensurate with experience)

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
