Business Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This role requires a balance of hands-on sales execution and strategic thinking to help position Nabeh AI as a key AI solution provider in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

Identify, target, and acquire new clients across SMEs, startups, and enterprise segments

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closing

Conduct product demos and present tailored AI solutions to clients

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Strategic Growth

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies

Identify new market opportunities and verticals

Contribute to pricing strategies and product positioning

Client Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders

Understand client needs and align solutions accordingly

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Partnership Development

Establish and manage partnerships with agencies, consultants, and ecosystem players

Explore collaboration opportunities to expand market reach.


Requirements


Requirements:

6–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships

Experience in SaaS, AI, or technology-driven products is highly preferred

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
