Business development Manager

Description:

BMD works closely with different teams, particularly operations and drivers, to ensure timely coordination and data accuracy. Responsibilities include maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and digital CRM records as well as providing basic IT administration. In addition, this role handles the company’s digital marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts, creating engaging content on Facebook, running Meta and Google ads, and implementing basic SEO improvements. The candidate should be comfortable working independently with stable internet connectivity and a quiet workspace, using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams to foster effective communication. This long-term remote position demands a motivated individual with at least two years of relevant experience or a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations including maintaining operational records, reports, and accurate digital records.
• Perform CRM management to ensure up-to-date and organized customer information.
• Coordinate effectively with drivers and operations teams to facilitate smooth logistics and communication.
• Provide IT administration including website updates and basic troubleshooting to support digital infrastructure.
• Manage and update social media accounts professionally, creating engaging content tailored for Facebook.
• Plan, run, and monitor Meta and Google advertising campaigns to generate leads and track marketing performance.
• Use collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams to maintain clear and timely communication among team members.
• Maintain a professional remote working environment with stable internet access and minimal distractions.
• Continuously develop IT and digital marketing skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
• Support basic bookkeeping activities to maintain accurate financial records and assist with administrative budgeting tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and facilitating smooth client interactions.
