Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a confident and decisive Business Development Manager who can take ownership, make smart decisions, and drive real business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with confidence
  • Take ownership of sales targets and deliver consistent results
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in Business Development or Sales
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Confident, proactive, and able to take initiative
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or telecom
  • Strong market awareness and business acumen
