Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our travel technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in SaaS, travel tech, or IT solutions is a plus
