Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our travel technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in SaaS, travel tech, or IT solutions is a plus
