Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through proactive prospecting, strategic networking, market research, and leveraging industry databases to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle for Facility Management and Manpower Outsourcing contracts, from initial outreach and client needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and final closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries including corporate, industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Collaborate with our operations team to design customized outsourcing solutions, including:
- Facility Management Services (cleaning, security, HVAC, technical maintenance)
- Manpower Outsourcing (staffing, onsite workforce management, specialized labor supply)
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute directly to the company’s revenue and market expansion goals.
- Represent Fulcrum Pvt. Limited at industry events, seminars, and business forums to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within Facility Management, Manpower Outsourcing, or HR Services.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and successfully closing high-value B2B contracts.
- Excellent networking skills and an existing portfolio of corporate clients or key industry contacts is a plus.
