Business Development Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our software house team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, and helping grow the company through online platforms and direct outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms
  • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the development team
  • Communicate with International clients professionally
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and project documentation
  • Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly
  • Meet monthly sales and business growth targets
  • Handle email communication and client meetings professionally

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of software development services
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, or freelancing platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Good English speaking and writing skills
