About the Role
We are looking for a confident, presentable, and relationship-driven Business Development / Sales Manager for our office in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong business relationships with hospitals, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
This role is best suited for an outgoing professional with strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in selling insurance products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, insurance companies, and healthcare-related organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, referrals, and market research.
- Promote and sell insurance-related products/services to potential clients and business partners.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings with hospital representatives, insurance companies, and senior decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable business solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, client visits, and business events.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management.
- Must have experience in sales and selling insurance products/services.
- Experience dealing with hospitals, insurance companies, or healthcare clients will be preferred.
- MBA preferred; minimum BBA required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Presentable, confident, outgoing, and relationship-oriented personality.
- Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
