Business Development Manager

Location: DHA, Karachi
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and client visits
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across different industries
• Coordinate with operations teams to provide customized outsourcing and facility management solutions
• Promote services including Cleaning, Security, HVAC, Technical Maintenance, and Manpower Outsourcing
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to company growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Strong experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling
• Preferred background in Facility Management, Manpower Outsourcing, or HR Services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Existing corporate contacts will be considered an added advantage
