Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify new prospects and generate leads
  • Prepare pitch presentations and personally pitching to clients to acquire new business
  • Document project requirements and estimate the solution/services pricing plus delivery timelines along with vertical heads
  • Negotiating with the clients and closing the leads
  • Participating in and Leading brainstorms for New business opportunities
  • Work with the strategy team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly sales activity and performance reports
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements/facts/objectives, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
  • Monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings
Knowledge, skills & abilities required:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in selling integrated digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Media / Programmatic)
  • Proven professional and clear communication skills with multiple agencies, familiar with the local and Middle East Region, proficient in Word/ Excel/ Power Point.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English is a must, Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent with pitch presentation skills.
