Business Development Manager

We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – ITAD Solutions

We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager who's ready to drive real growth in the e-waste and ITAD space. This isn't just a sales role—you'll be the strategic voice building transformational partnerships that deliver both commercial success and environmental impact.

What You'll Do

✓ Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value enterprise clients
✓ Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing complex B2B deals
✓ Develop account strategies that unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities
✓ Manage and forecast sales pipeline with precision and accountability
✓ Analyze competitive landscape to position our solutions and spot emerging opportunities
✓ Drive KPIs and sales metrics to consistently hit targets

What We're Looking For

✓ Bachelor's degree + 3+ years of proven sales or business development experience
✓ Direct experience in an e-waste company (ITAD division preferred)
✓ Valid UAE Driving License (compulsory)
✓ Track record of closing B2B deals and exceeding sales targets
✓ Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
✓ Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (ZOHO preferred)
