Triton Freight Services LLC is hiring a part-time Business Development Manager in Business Bay, Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional seeking a flexible work schedule. The position focuses on acquiring new clients and selling our comprehensive freight and logistics solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company's air, sea, and land freight services.
- Manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare and present service proposals and competitive quotations to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements with new customers.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
- A documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
- Prior experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is a significant advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license is required for client visits.
- This position is suitable for candidates who already have their own valid UAE residence visa (e.g., spouse or parent sponsorship).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Supplemental Pay: An uncapped commission structure designed for high earning potential. On-target earnings for a successful part-time professional can exceed AED 20,000 per month.
- A travel allowance may be provided for client meetings.
- This part-time position does not include visa sponsorship or medical insurance.
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
