Business Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive patient acquisition, manage digital leads, build strategic partnerships, and oversee business development operations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks.
• Respond and guide team to respond professionally to patient inquiries across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, website chat, and other digital platforms.
• Guide potential patients regarding treatments, consultations, appointments, and pricing as per hospital policies.
• Convert digital leads into consultations, walk-ins, and confirmed procedures through effective communication and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update CRM systems and tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and reception teams to ensure smooth patient management.
• Handle patient concerns and inquiries professionally while maintaining a high-quality patient experience.
• Organize outreach activities, corporate collaborations, and community awareness initiatives.
• Develop and improve lead management and patient communication processes.
• Supervise, train, and guide the business development team to achieve departmental targets.
• Monitor team performance, lead conversion rates, and business growth metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, healthcare marketing, customer relations, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing digital leads and customer engagement across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
