About the Company

We are an international Facility Management company with an established presence in Europe and the GCC, with a proven delivery record in Total Facility Management. We are expanding our presence in the UAE and looking for a driven business developer to accelerate that growth.

Role Purpose

Identify, pursue, and win FM contracts in the UAE market. The role is purely commercial — your primary deliverable is signed agreements.

Key Responsibilities

▸ Map and pursue FM opportunities with developers, OAMs, government entities, and private asset owners across Dubai and the wider UAE

▸ Identify opportunities for contract renewals and additional services.

▸ Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into tender submissions and awarded contracts

▸ Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, networking events, and industry forums

▸ Coordinate with operations and tender department to develop competitive proposals and pricing

▸ Leverage Arabic-language relationships to access opportunities not visible through public channels

▸ Meet monthly and annual project targets.

What We're Looking For

▸ Minimum 5 years in a commercial or BD role within Facility Management, O&M, or a closely related sector in the UAE

▸ Proven track record of winning FM contracts — bring your numbers

▸ Active network within UAE real estate developers, OAMs, or government FM departments

▸ Native or fluent Arabic speaker — non-negotiable

▸ Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

▸ Self-starter comfortable operating in a lean, growing organization — visa sponsorship not mandatory; freelancers with own UAE trade licence are welcome to apply
