Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Preschool Admissions)

Location: Jumeriah 2, Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our preschool admissions and enrollment growth strategy. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has a strong background in sales, relationship management, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive student enrollment by developing and executing strategic admissions plans
  • Manage the full admissions cycle from inquiry to enrollment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents and community partners
  • Conduct school tours, presentations, and open house events
  • Develop partnerships with local organizations, nurseries, and corporates
  • Track and analyze admissions data to optimize conversion rates
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments

Requirements

  • UAE MOFA attested Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or admissions (education sector preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Customer-focused with a consultative approach to sales
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
