Job Title: Business Development Manager (Preschool Admissions)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our preschool admissions and enrollment growth strategy. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has a strong background in sales, relationship management, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student enrollment by developing and executing strategic admissions plans
- Manage the full admissions cycle from inquiry to enrollment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents and community partners
- Conduct school tours, presentations, and open house events
- Develop partnerships with local organizations, nurseries, and corporates
- Track and analyze admissions data to optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments
Requirements
- UAE MOFA attested Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or admissions (education sector preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Customer-focused with a consultative approach to sales
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
