Business Development Manager

Title: Business Development Manager (Onsite Office Based)

Timing: 2pm-11pm

City: Bahawalpur

We are on the lookout BDM for our business (Ultimate Outsourcing Ltd Bahawalpur) who can generate our business with maximum capacity. The job will be full time office based. All from him / her will need experience in generating business for us. Plus having the experience in marketing through all Channels Having great experience in winning job and bringing the clients after hunting towards our business by email and calling. International sales experience is must.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Dealing with clients and ability for solving their problems and queries with communications.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
  • Report weekly sales goals and objectives to your manager
  • Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Any additional responsibility assigned by management

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s in HRM & Marketing will be preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven track record.
  • International sales experience is must.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Lead generation, calling, client interaction, negotiation, follow ups are required
  • Experience in International Sales is plus
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Customer Focus
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Successful track record in delivering leads through digital channels like LinkedIn, to generate business.
  • Effective business and professional communication skills.
  • Candidate must show the ability to communicate and work effectively in a complex work environment, including the ability to interact well with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Identify target audience and grow our email list secure email database for future campaigns.
  • Compile email lists and follow up on emails.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
