We're Hiring: Business Development Manager
Transcure is a US-based medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) company helping healthcare providers across the United States improve their financial performance. We're expanding our business development team and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join us at our Shadman, Lahore office.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound prospects and play a key part in moving them through the sales pipeline. This is a client-facing role that rewards strong communication and a proactive, organized approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound prospects over call and assess their fit for our services
- Schedule product demos and meetings between prospects and our internal teams
- Coordinate communication with prospects and clients over email throughout the sales cycle
- Support the drafting and follow-up of agreements and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline status
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from lead to onboarding
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A clear, neutral American accent is a must, as the role involves direct interaction with US-based clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in medical billing, RCM, or US healthcare is a plus
Compensation
- Basic salary: PKR 100,000 to 120,000 per month
- Plus commission on sales, with strong earning potential for high performers

- Location: On-site, Shadman office, Lahore, Pakistan
- Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PKT), aligned with US business hours
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
