Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and business partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the Hajj & Umrah sector.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead promotional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare sales reports and business forecasts.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at travel exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Hajj & Umrah, travel, tourism, or airline industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Target-oriented with a proven sales record.
  • Strong knowledge of Hajj & Umrah operations and travel market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Existing network within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Experience in managing sales teams.
  • Digital marketing and customer acquisition knowledge.
  • Strategic planning and business growth expertise.
