Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities in the Hajj & Umrah sector.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead promotional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports and business forecasts.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at travel exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Hajj & Umrah, travel, tourism, or airline industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Urdu.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales record.
- Strong knowledge of Hajj & Umrah operations and travel market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure.
