Business Development Manager

RixDigi PVT LTD is a fast-growing AI development & Automation company based in Karachi, we are looking for a results-driven, aggressive Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales growth. In this role, your single focus will be generating high-quality leads and converting them into paying clients. You will own the entire sales pipeline—from bidding on freelance marketplaces and running lead-generation ads to networking in the local market and closing deals via LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities

• Freelance Marketplace Management: Own and optimize agency profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and Guru. Write winning, customized proposals and bids to secure international projects.
• Inbound & Outbound Sales: Utilize LinkedIn Premium/Sales Navigator to identify, message, and pitch to decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, Marketing Directors).
• Paid Lead Generation: Set up and manage Google Ads and Meta Lead Gen campaigns specifically designed to bring in high-intent sales inquiries.
• Local Market Acquisition: Identify and approach local businesses, retail brands, or corporate clients in need of digital transformation and software services.
• Client Closing & Onboarding: Conduct discovery calls, present pitches/proposals, negotiate pricing, and close the deal.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven track record selling digital services.
• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience winning jobs on Upwork (bidding/invites) and Fiverr.
• Ad Management for ROI: Experience running Google Search Ads and social media lead-generation campaigns with a focus on cost-per-lead (CPL).
• Communication: Exceptional English communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Drive: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working with sales KPIs.

• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
• Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
