Business Development Manager

About the role

Hair Club (Pvt) Limited is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive nationwide expansion. You will lead franchise growth, B2B hospital partnerships, and clinic conversion across Pakistan — reporting directly to the Director.

Key responsibilities

• Scout, onboard, and manage franchise/branch investors in major Pakistani cities.
• Develop and sell turnkey hair transplant setups to private hospitals.
• Build partnerships with medical colleges and convert clinics to our model.
• Manage the full commercial pipeline — from prospecting to signed agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 7 years in business development or B2B sales — healthcare/franchise preferred.
• Experience closing investor, franchise, or institutional deals.
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Pakistan.
