We're looking for a Business Development Manager who genuinely enjoys talking to people, understanding their needs and helping them see how the right solution can make their work easier. Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and qualify inbound leads generated through ads and digital channels.

· Engage with prospects promptly and transition them from initial contact to discovery calls.

· Conduct and schedule product demo calls that leave a strong impression.

· Build up with potential clients and guide them through the sales journey.

· Follow up consistently and meaningfully to move deals forward.

· Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity using CRM tools.

Key Requirements

· Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must.

· A degree in Business, Marketing or Sales, an MBA or MS is a plus.

· Currently based in the Islamabad/Rawalpindi

· 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a sales or business development role.

· Comfortable working with CRMs and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipe drive or similar platforms.

· Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Apollo.io or Outreach

· A natural communicator who knows how to listen, engage, and close.
