Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales for flooring solutions, with a strong focus on hand‑tufted & Axminster carpets for hospitality and commercial projects.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in flooring/carpet sales.
  • Strong knowledge of hand-tufted, Axminster, and printed carpets.
  • Proven background in flooring solutions (hospitality & commercial sectors)
  • Strong experience handling B2B clients
  • Established connections with interior designers, fit-out contractors, architects, engineers, and developers in the UAE market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead projects, meet targets, and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and team player.
  • UAE Driving License is must.
  • English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage

Responsbilities

· Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in the hospitality and commercial flooring sector.

· Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients including hotels, designers, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams.

· Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and closing.

· Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers in the UAE market.

· Track ongoing projects, follow up on tenders, and ensure timely responses to client inquiries

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and
contribute to company revenue growth.

· Represent the company at client meetings, site
visits, exhibitions, and industry events.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communication.

· Provide regular market feedback to management regarding competitors, pricing, and new opportunities.
