POINT ONE BUSINESS UK LTD is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Bromsgrove. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and partnerships.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business development targets.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
* Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to align with company goals.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
* Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and business development activities to senior management.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar role.
* A demonstrable track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically.
* Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
* A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
