About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Manager to drive growth in academic projects and manage client relationships. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, handling ongoing projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard clients for academic/research projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for project delivery.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
• 2+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or client handling (academic services)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
