Amar Lodge is a unique luxury desert lodge located between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, offering refined hospitality, immersive desert experiences, and exceptional venues for private events. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our sales strategy, develop new markets, and strengthen our brand presence locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to maximise ROI across B2C, B2B, and MICE channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with:

• Destination Management Companies (DMCs) in Dubai and the wider UAE.

• Hotel concierges and luxury travel curators.

• International OTAs and booking platforms (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia).

• Event organisers and corporate clients seeking exceptional venues.

• International tour operators.

• Position Amar Lodge as a premier venue for:

• Individual stays and full buy-outs.

• Corporate events, incentives, and retreats.

• Exclusive dinners combined with desert safaris.

• Private celebrations and unique gatherings.

• Work closely with the marketing team or external agencies to design and implement digital and social media strategies.

• Establish effective pricing and revenue management strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development within hospitality (luxury hotels/resorts) or event management.

• Proven track record in driving sales growth and developing distribution networks.

• Strong network in the UAE hospitality and/or events industry is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in English (fluency required). A second language, preferably French, is a strong advantage.

• Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media content strategy.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
