Business Development Manager AMEA

To further drive our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for the AMEA region (Africa, Middle East & Asia). In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and successfully positioning our technology in additional markets. Your tasks:

• Drive Loxone’s entry into flagship projects in the UAE market.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, and key contractors.
  
• Ensure Loxone solutions are specified in designs, pre-qualification lists, and tender documents.
  
• Deliver consultant presentations, demo sessions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to create awareness.
  
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
  
• Collaborate with system integrators/partners to secure project wins and ensure proper execution.
  
• Identify and onboard key integrators into the Loxone Partner Program.
  
• Gather market intelligence (projects, competitors, regulations) and feedback to report to HQ.
  
• Position Loxone as a premium alternative to KNX/other automation solutions in the region.
  
  

Your profile:

• Proven experience in smart building, BMS, lighting control, ELV, or automation.
  
• Existing relationships with UAE consultants and developers.
  
• Deep understanding of the UAE construction and tendering ecosystem.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, drive results, and coordinate with HQ.
  
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  
• Based in UAE, with willingness to travel within the ME region.
  
• Willing to relocate temporarily to Austria for onboarding (1-2 months).
