Business Development Manager (AR & Government Relationships)

NeSL introduced Electronic Bank Guarantee (e-BG) as part of its DDE Platform in the year 2022. NeSL eBG is can be accessed by beneficiaries through NeSL DDE Platform and also through EnterpriseAccessSolution(NeAS)asecuredAPIbasedsolutionsuitable for Procurement Portals, large PSUs/Corporates to access and manage e-BG. In addition to eBG related services many corporates/government departments are using the NeSL DDE services for their documentation purposes. NeSL has also introduced a concept of Authorised Representative to onboard and manage the beneficiaries on its DDE Platform. There is a Bengaluru based team called AR Team which takes care of the Government Relationship and management of ARs.

Responsibilities/Skills

Manage the Relationships with assigned Governments, PSUs of those States and business through ARs.
Demonstration of the eBG/NeAS to the beneficiary clients/corporates/PSUs/Government
Prepare presentations,quotes and proposals for prospective beneficiary
Assist beneficiary clients in registration and necessary documentation for smooth
Understand the Application of the Procurement and ERP/SAPofthePSU/Corporates for integration
Work closely with NESL IT team to timely resolve beneficiary client’s ITissues.
Work closely with NeSL BSG Team to address change requirements/modifications
To demonstrate changes and update entities with new developments and technicalities initiated by
Be the NeSL face at the client locations and strong relationship management skills
Prepare data and presentation for senior management reviews
Perform any other work which may be assigned bythe management
Management of ARs starting from onboarding selected ARs monitoring their performance, onboarding of submitters through ARs, registration, document requirements, IT related integration works, management of wallet, etc.
Maintain relationships with the assigned State Governments/PSUs/Corporates
Identify potential areas for DDE services related to Government Departments/PSUs/Corporates and align the same with ARs.
Work with different State Governments/Departments for IU data submission

Background

Master Degree in Business Administration/ManagementStudies/
Bachelor Degree in Technology/Engineering/Business Administration/Management Studies/
Knowledge and working experience in dealing with Government Departments/PSUs
Knowledge and working experience in dealing with senior management and decision
Exposure to the ISMS environment preferred.
Age less than 40

Your Requirement

Work experience for 10+years preferrable.However, profile with lesser experience demonstrating above skills can be considered.
Must have worked in Largeorganisations / Tech companies / Financial institutions / Government
Ideal candidate should have experience in working with difference domains / departments preferably in client facing role dealing with Government organisations / Financial Institutions / Large Corporates Premium institutions.
Excellent communication and presentation
