Business Development & Sales Manager - Architectural & Interior Projects
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager to join our company. This pivotal role focuses on forging and managing relationships with architects, interior designers, and construction professionals to drive sales of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and account management, coupled with the ability to strategically analyze markets and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Initiate, develop, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, developers, and project managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to project completion.
- Business Development & Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share within the architectural and interior design sectors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Proactively seek out new projects and clients through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
- Meetings & Presentations:
- Conduct professional business presentations to showcase our products, solutions, and value proposition to potential and existing clients.
- Effectively handle client meetings, understand their technical and design requirements, and propose tailored solutions.
- Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and provide accurate forecasts to management.
- Maintain a results-oriented focus on achieving and exceeding established sales targets and driving profitable growth.
- Required Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management, specifically engaging with architects and/or interior designers in the construction or related industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for building rapport and closing deals.
- Ability to create strategic plans and analyze market trends effectively.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating and delivering compelling business presentations.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Mindset: A strong results-oriented mindset with a dedication to achieving sales goals.
- Work Arrangement: Willingness to work on-site and travel as required for client meetings and project site visits.
