Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Outbound marketing campaign creation and management.
- Liaison with marketing and engineering teams to have sync with BD activities over all for the group.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Utilize CRM and email marketing tools to track leads and optimize sales processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to enhance lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Adapt to rotating shifts to support a global client base.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT software and consulting industry.
- 1-2 Years of management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, email marketing tools (Hubspot, Instantly etc)
- Exceptional verbal and written creative skills (non-AI generated).
- Ability to write technical sales pitches, emails and supporting collateral to drive outbound marketing and sales campaigns.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
