Job Description
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by consistently driving new business and managing existing accounts.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward goals.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential clients within key industries to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, and outbound sales activities.
- Utilize CRM tools and other platforms to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Create and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients, highlighting value propositions and unique selling points.
- Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies based on client needs and business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
Market Analysis & Insights:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product development and marketing teams based on client needs and market demands.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand presence and establish thought leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in Education sector.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
