Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to target

potential clients in various industries, focusing on those needing advertising and marketing solutions. Client Acquisition: Find new business opportunities by building relationships with key decision- makers in target companies and offering them tailored marketing solutions. Client Visits: Conduct Client Visit activities, including face-to-face meetings, presentations, and

participation in industry events to generate leads and close deals. Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of detailed proposals and presentations that address

client needs and highlight the value of the company's services. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, understand

competitive dynamics, and identify potential growth opportunities. Team Handling: Mentor and handle the sales team to achieve collective goals, providing training, support, and motivation. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes that meet both

client and company objectives.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is

a plus. Experience: 1Y - 2Y years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in selling

marketing and advertis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
