Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting our IT products and services, including software solutions, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ELV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

· Sales Strategy & Execution

· Client Relationship Management

· Market Analysis & Strategy

· Cross-Team Collaboration

· Reporting & CRM Management

· Achieve Sales Targets

Requirements:

· Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in IT business development within the UAE

· Own visa preferred

· Solid understanding of IT services and industry trends.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

· UAE driving license is a plus.

· Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

· Salary: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

· Attractive commission structure based on a percentage of each closed project

· Other Benefits: As per UAE labor law
