Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:

We are looking for a vision-driven Business Development Manager who can bring strategic business opportunities to the company.

The candidate should:

• Study our website and company profile.
• Understand our services.
• Come with a clear vision and plan on how to expand business in Private, PSU, Semi-Government, Government, and Political sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in media, advertising and production sectors.
• Research tenders, government projects, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across government and private sectors.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Keep updated with current affairs and upcoming government initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development (media/advertising background preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of government and PSU processes.
• Knowledge of current affairs and public sector opportunities.
• Must submit a 1-page Business Vision Plan describing how you can bring business to Goldenswaan.

Salary:

Based on experience + Incentives
