ToshGold Interior Products LLP is seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to expand its presence within the Architectural and Interior Design segments. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, contractors, and consultants, while promoting ToshGold’s premium range of products and achieving defined sales and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Lead Generation

  • Map Kolkata and nearby markets to identify potential clients — architects, interior designers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, site visits, design expos, and trade shows.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and procurement heads.
  • Act as the key point of contact for design decision-makers, understanding their project requirements and material preferences.
  • Regularly visit design studios and architecture firms to present ToshGold’s product portfolio (veneers, laminates, plywood, boards, flooring, Meta Luxe, etc.).

Product & Technical Expertise

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of ToshGold’s materials, finishes, and applications.
  • Offer informed product recommendations, cost-benefit insights, and customization options to clients.

Sales & Revenue Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in interior materials.
  • Collect client feedback to guide product, pricing, and service improvements.

Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams

  • Work closely with marketing to develop impactful promotional materials and presentations.
  • Provide market and designer insights to aid new product development and innovation.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Submit regular reports on pipeline progress, conversions, and key market observations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
