We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our admissions and career guidance team. The role involves student counseling, telecalling, lead conversion, and achieving monthly enrollment targets for our professional training programs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
  • Provide detailed information about various courses and career options.
  • Counsel students on course selection based on their interests and career goals.
  • Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve individual & team targets.
  • Maintain follow-up records and manage leads effectively through CRM or Excel.
  • Coordinate with marketing and placement teams for promotional and student support activities.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and assist in on-campus or online campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Male or Female candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream.
  • Prior experience in counseling, telemarketing, or sales preferred (Education sector advantage).
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:
