The Business Development Manager drives daily sales execution, manages revenue pipelines, and ensures consistent performance across calls, meetings, and closures. This is an individual contributor role designed for high-energy candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales/BD/telecalling.
The BDM acts as a core engine of FSPL’s sales productivity — handling outbound communication, lead qualification, investor engagement, and meeting scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound sales calls (conference calls) to prospects.
- Fix discovery meetings and drive structured pitch conversations.
- Manage pipeline follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Maintain CRM discipline — logs, updates, outcomes, funnel stages.
- Achieve monthly KRAs: calls, meetings, revenue.
- Participate in daily/weekly review calls with managers.
- Maintain professional communication aligned with FSPL brand standards.
- Coordinate with marketing, consultants, and internal teams for handovers.
- Deliver revenue through structured execution and consistent follow-up.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in sales / business development / telecalling.
- Good communication skills (English mandatory + 1 regional language preferred).
- Strong phone handling and follow-up discipline.
- Good analytical and reporting skills (Google Sheets/CRM).
- High accountability and performance-driven mindset.
- Must have laptop + good Wi-Fi + camera/microphone.
Engagement Terms
- Consultancy Role (6-month agreement, renewable).
- Monday–Saturday work schedule.
- Daily CRM reporting: 3 mandatory updates per day.
