Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager (2-3 yrs Experience in IT services), you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new client accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and executing sales strategies for IT services. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, client management, and strong understanding of IT service models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the IT services and staff augmentation space.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients across domestic and international markets.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize deals in alignment with company objectives.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine business strategies.
  • Meet or exceed defined sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain detailed sales pipelines and reports through CRM tools.
  • Partner with leadership and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the IT services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of staff augmentation, project-based engagements, and outsourcing models.
  • Proven experience in international client acquisition (US, Europe, or Middle East preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to draft compelling proposals and respond effectively to client requirements.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce), and lead generation platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT-related disciplines.
