Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and client segments
- Lead, mentor, and manage the BDE sales team to maximize performance
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Oversee lead generation, pipeline management, and closure activities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and present performance insights to management
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign planning
- Ensure CRM accuracy and sales process compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 2 – 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Target-driven with strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards
