Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and client segments
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the BDE sales team to maximize performance
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee lead generation, pipeline management, and closure activities
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and present performance insights to management
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign planning
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and sales process compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
  • 2 – 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
  • Target-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
