Business Development Manager (BDM)

Roles and Responsibilities

* Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to new prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.

* Sales Pipeline Management: Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

* Client Meetings: Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch our products/services effectively.

* Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.

* Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new market opportunities.

* Reporting: Prepare sales contracts and provide weekly/monthly reports on sales targets, revenue, and pipeline status.

* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

* Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role.

* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.

* Sales Acumen: Proficiency in closing deals and handling objections professionally.

* Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

* Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
