Business Development Manager (BDM)

About the role : We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our corporate gifting business focused on premium dry fruits. The role involves opening new markets, closing deals, and owning the entire sales cycle from outreach to delivery and payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business across corporate HR, Admin, Procurement teams, wedding planners, and event agencies
  • Drive end-to-end sales: outreach, lead management, pricing, negotiation, and closure
  • Build and manage a strong corporate sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, delivery, and post-sale support
  • Ensure smooth client experience, feedback handling, and timely payments
  • Maintain sales data and follow-ups using CRM and sales tools

Key Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Prior experience in corporate gifting or premium B2B products
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using CRM, Excel, and digital sales tools
  • Ownership-driven and able to work independently in a growing setup

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business development: 8 years (Preferred)
  • B2B sales: 6 years (Preferred)

  • English (Required)
