Business Development Manager (BDM)

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales initiatives and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote company services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license .

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in (IT, ELV, security systems).
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop growth strategies.

  • Revenue growth
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Deal conversion rate
  • Client retention rate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
