Business Development Manager (BDM)

Company: Artisans Interiors – Commercial Fit-Out

Role Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate leads, arrange business meetings, and secure commercial interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation for commercial fit-out projects
  • Fix and attend client/business meetings
  • Develop relationships with corporates, architects, consultants, and PMCs
  • Present company services and close new business
  • Maintain sales pipeline and achieve targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial interiors / fit-out / construction sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven B2B lead generation and meeting closures
