Role: Business Development Manager (B2B – Institutions/Universities) Key Responsibilities Drive new customer acquisition across assigned territory by onboarding new Colleges, Universities, and Educational Institutions. Network with key decision-makers (Directors, Deans, Chairpersons) and execute MOUs for partnerships. Establish and enhance the company’s presence across target markets. Implement promotional and marketing strategies to support institutional engagement. Manage B2B sales, key accounts, relationship management, and revenue collections. Maintain strong relationships with partners through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & collection targets. Must-Have Requirements Graduation is mandatory 4–10 years of experience in Business Development / Institutional Sales Strong communication skills and a professional personality Demonstrated experience in new client acquisition and revenue-driven roles Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,383.06 - ₹60,614.44 per month
