Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Billing field. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and relevant experience in the call center industry.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
• Relevant call center experience (Medical Billing / Sales preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads and close deals
• Target-oriented and confident personality

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business growth strategies
• Communicate with international clients
• Manage billing projects and client coordination
• Achieve monthly performance targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Experience:

• call center: 1 year (Preferred)

Location:

• Rawalpindi (Preferred)
