- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in CCTV, ELV, and IT solution projects.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for successful project execution.
- Keep updated with SIRA regulations and ensure all solutions comply with Dubai’s security requirements.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to promote the company’s services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development/sales in CCTV or ELV systems.
- Knowledge of SIRA requirements and security system integration.
- Proven track record in project sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- UAE driving license is must.
