About the Role

We’re seeking a high-performing Outbound Appointment Setter who has worked inside a digital marketing agency — booking qualified calls for services like Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, or performance marketing.

This is not a performance marketing or media buying role.
We are not hiring Ads specialists. This position is for someone who knows how to generate and convert cold outbound leads into qualified sales calls.

If you have never worked inside a digital marketing agency, your application will not be considered — regardless of your sales experience in other industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach using LinkedIn, email, Instagram, SMS, and other relevant channels.
  • Build, manage, and optimize outbound prospecting systems, sequences, and automations.
  • Craft personalized, high-converting outreach messages for business owners and decision-makers.
  • Execute multi-step follow-up campaigns to improve appointment show-up rates.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar).
  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to handover qualified appointments seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in outbound sales / appointment setting for a digital marketing agency (non-negotiable).
  • Proven track record of booking qualified appointments for services such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, CRO, or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of how to position and sell digital marketing services to cold international prospects (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Comfortable using prospecting and outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Hunter.io, and GoHighLevel.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and data-focused.

Bonus / Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy for digital marketing agencies.
  • Experience using advanced automation and intelligence tools like Clay, Make.com, n8n, and Perplexity to enhance outbound workflows.
  • Knowledge of appointment funnel metrics, show-up rate optimization, and pipeline tracking.
  • Experience working with weekly KPIs and performance dashboards.

  • You are a Facebook Ads or Google Ads specialist (this is not a delivery or media buying role).
  • You have never worked in a digital marketing agency environment.
  • Your background is in SaaS, real estate, insurance, B2B software, or any non-agency industry.
  • You’ve only done inbound or customer support — not cold outbound prospecting.
